Order processing times.
After an order is placed, depending on the item being created, depends on how many business days it will take to ship. Shipping on custom items vary. Please see details under the item description for a more accurate shipping/arrival times. Please note: you have to request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

We ship to all US territories and beyond. Please contact us to make sure we can ship to your country and to get an estimated shipping rate.

Shipping costs.
We offer free shipping to all US residents for purchases over $200.00. International customers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, changes, and cancellations.
We DO NOT offer refunds on any custom items. All custom items are handmade. Due to this fact, some orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We will always communicate if there is a delay.

We will upload tracking information for your purchases and a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number will be sent. For purchases over $500, please leave your contact information regarding who to reach out to in case of any lost packages or schedule deliveries.
Shipping Policy - FAQ
My order status is saying "label created" has my order shipped?
📦 Once we say that your order is complete, this means a label has been created and USPS/FED EX will pick up the package the next business day. Please wait 24 hours before tracking info is updated. If after 24 hours, your item status is still reading "label created" it usually hasn't been scanned by the shipping company yet but this doesn't mean that it isn't within their possession. After 48hr, if you are still not seeing movement, please contact us.
Lost/Damaged Packages
💵 Lost/ Damage Packages- We are NOT responsible for packages lost/damage during shipping. This liability will be placed on the shipping company and it will be the shipping companies responsibility to compensate you/and or PadStyle Interiors for any damages caused during shipping. If your package has not arrived, please use your Delivery Confirmation number and check with your local Post Office or FEDEX to file a claim. If your item is damaged, please contact us PROMPTLY with picture of the damaged goods. You have 3 days of package delivery receipt to report any damage.
