We offer embroidery, upholstery, and digitizing services. We also make custom furniture. Message us for more information.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a warranty on all items that are handmade by us. We offer a 30 day warranty on all parts other than normal wear and tear. If an issue arises with a Padstyle product and it is due to workmanship, a warranty will be granted.

Why do custom items take so long to ship?

All custom items are handmade. We do not have a inventory and due to this fact, we ask our customers to allow us time to build and be creative with each piece that we make. Depending on our workload, items may ship sooner but sometimes it can ship later than the ship date shown under the product description. **If you need a rush on your items, we may be able to offer express shipping. Please message us for pricing.

How do I place a personalized order?

We love custom items. Please see our "Services/Style" tab to schedule a consultation for any items that you would like us to custom make. Our consults are for SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. We WILL NOT call you without you FIRST scheduling a consultation. Please send any pictures to me via upload. Custom items are not refundable.

Can I speak to a LIVE person before I order / about my order?
For any questions or support, you can message us directly through our website. Please understand that we are a small business, so we don't have a customer service line to take calls. All calls with us have to be pre-scheduled. The best and fastest way to communicate with us is here. For a detailed call you will have to schedule a consultation. Please see services for this option.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order ?

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase and this is still contingent based on owners discretion. Due to the fact that most of our products are handmade, we take a loss if someone cancels once production has begun. If a cancellation is grated, you may be charged a 20% restock fee for our inconvenience.
